How to keep BBQ grill in good shape


Maintenance of barbecue grill at ordinary times:

2. The barbecue oven shall be placed in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
3. Don't put heavy weights on the barbecue.
4. The baking net can be coated with edible oil to prevent rust.

Before using the barbecue grill
1. Clean the barbecue oven and tighten all screws and fasteners. The barbecue oven will be heated and deformed during the barbecue process. If the installation is not correct and firm, the deformation of the barbecue oven will be more serious, and even affect the barbecue effect and future use.
2. Spread a layer of edible oil on the baking net to prevent food from sticking to the baking net, and cleaning will be easier.

During barbecue(barbecue grill)
1. The amount of charcoal used in the charcoal barbecue oven should be moderate. If there is too much carbon, it will produce high temperature and heat, which is not conducive to the operation of barbecuers. High temperature and heat may also cause heating deformation of barbecue accessories and damage to the barbecue oven. Generally speaking, the area of charcoal should be controlled within 80% of the baking basin area, and the height should not exceed the height of the baking net.
2. For electric grill and gas grill, the fire shall not be set at the highest level for a long time.
3. The barbecue food shall not exceed the normal load of the barbecue oven and the barbecue net, otherwise it is easy to cause the barbecue net to fall, deform and cause danger.
4, do not add liquid combustion improver or spray to charcoal fire.

After barbecue(barbecue grill)
1. When the fire goes out naturally (charcoal barbecue oven), when the temperature of the barbecue oven drops to normal temperature, remove the carbon ash, and clean and wipe the barbecue oven with a clean wet rag. Among them, the baking basin and baking net can be cleaned with clean water and cleaning brush.
2. Dry the grill with a clean dry cloth.
3. Coat the baking net with edible oil.
4. Place the oven in a ventilated and dry place and cover the oven.
