How to clean and maintain the BBQ Grill?

First, the maintenance of the usual oven:
1. The barbecue should be kept clean, and there should be no residual food or charcoal grease from the barbecue.
2. Place the outdoor grill in a ventilated and dry place.
3. Cover the grill.
4. Do not place heavy objects on the grill.
5. The grilling net can be coated with a layer of cooking oil to prevent rust.
Second, before using the BBQ
1. Clean the grill fire and tighten all the screws. During the grilling process, the grill will heat up and deform. If the installation is incorrect and firm, the grill will deform more seriously, which may affect the effect of the grill.
2. Apply a layer of cooking oil on the grill to prevent the object from sticking to the grill, and cleaning will be easier.
Third, when grilling
1. For the charcoal stove, the weight of charcoal should be moderate. If there is too much charcoal, it will generate high temperature and high heat, which is not conducive to the operation of the barbecue. In addition, the high temperature and high heat may cause the heating and deformation of the accessories of the barbecue stove, resulting in damage to the barbecue stove. Generally speaking, the area of charcoal should be controlled within 80% of the area of the roasting pot, and the height should not exceed the height of the roasting net.
2. For electric furnaces and gas furnaces, do not set the furnace fire to the Z high-grade position for a long time.
3. The grilled food shall not exceed the normal load of the grill and grill. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the grill to fall and cause deformation and cause danger.
4. Do not add liquid combustion accelerants or sprays to the charcoal fire during use.
Fourth, after the BBQ
1. Wait for the fire to go out naturally (charcoal stove), and after the temperature of the barbecue oven drops to normal temperature, remove the charcoal ash, and wipe the barbecue stove. Among them, the roasting pot and the roasting net can be cleaned with water and a cleaning brush.
2. Wipe the grill with a clean dry cloth.
3. Coat the grill with cooking oil.

4. Place the oven in a ventilated and dry place and cover the oven cover.
